Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all room and hall bookings made with Nallammai Ramanathan Guest House ("NR Guest House", "we", "us") through nrguesthouse.in, by phone or at the front desk. By making a booking you agree to these terms.

1Booking & Payment

• Bookings are made online by choosing your dates (or hall session) and paying through the UPI details / QR code shown on the payment page, then uploading the payment screenshot.
• Your booking stays pending until our team verifies the payment. It is confirmed only after the payment is verified.
• If a payment cannot be verified, it will be rejected and you will be informed with the reason.
• Room and hall rates may change without prior notice. The amount shown when you book applies to that booking. Taxes are charged as applicable.

2Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is collected along with the payment for every room and hall booking.

• Rooms — ₹500 per room per night. It is refunded at check-out after the room is inspected and all dues are cleared.
• Hall — the security deposit amount shown while booking the hall. It is refunded after the event, once the hall is inspected and all dues are cleared.
• Charges for damage, missing items or unpaid bills will be deducted from the deposit. If the charges are more than the deposit, the balance must be paid before leaving.

3Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in time is 8:00 AM and check-out time is 7:00 AM.
• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may carry extra charges.

4Identity Proof

A valid government ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence or Voter ID) must be uploaded while booking a room, and a physical copy must be shown at check-in. For hall bookings, please bring a valid government ID on the event day. We may refuse check-in without valid ID.

5Guests & Occupancy

• Each room includes a fixed number of adults in its price. Extra persons are allowed only up to that room's limit and are charged the extra-person rate per night.
• Only children aged 12 years and below are counted as children.
• Visitors who are not registered guests may not stay overnight.

6Hall Bookings

• The hall is booked by session (for example Morning, Evening or Full Session) at the times shown while booking.
• Setup, the event and clearing must be completed within the booked session. Extra time is allowed only if offered and is charged separately.
• A refundable security deposit is collected for every hall booking (see Security Deposit above).
• The person who books is responsible for the conduct of their guests and for any damage to the hall or its property.

7Cancellation Policy

• To cancel, please contact us by phone or WhatsApp with your booking number. Cancellations are processed after approval by the management, and you will be informed of the result.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of check-in (or of the event) may not be eligible for a refund.
• We may cancel a booking if the payment is not verified or these terms are not followed; you will be informed with the reason.

8Restaurant & Other Charges

Restaurant orders and any other charges during your stay are added to your bill and must be settled at check-out.

9Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum on the premises. The management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave for inappropriate behaviour, without refund.

10Liability

NR Guest House is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings during your stay. Please keep your valuables safe.

11Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
